Dee Reed

Mr. Dee Reed brings to Waterfront a strong background in senior management, strategic planning, and business development to the Waterfront executive team. Mr. Reed is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in promoting, directing, and delivering technical and business solutions to NASA, DOD, and Commercial customers. He is a driven facilitator of innovation, problem solving, and continuous improvement. His greatest career passion is growing customer relationships through trust, shared ownership of their challenges, and a sincere desire for their success. Mr. Reed combines his strong business acumen and diverse technical background to provide our customers the best solution to address their business needs.

Mr. Reed began his career with NASA, Marshall Space Flight Center back in the 80s where he supported numerous organizations including the Program Support Office, Program Planning Office, Huntsville Operation Support Center, and Mission Operations. He later expanded his career supporting DOD, State Government, Telecommunications, Utilities, Healthcare, and other commercial entities, where he provided solutions involving IT, Software Development, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, 24×7 Data Center and Help Desk services, and more.

Mr. Reed holds a degree in Organizational Management from Auburn University and a degree in Computer Science from Jacksonville State University. He has formal training in Direct Leadership, Federal Proposal Writing, Project Management, ITIL, Ethical Hacking, and is certified and experienced in Lean Six Sigma.

Allan McCaleb

Mr. Allan McCaleb is an innovative leader, strategic alliance builder, knowledgeable business relationship manager, and entrepreneur.  Mr. McCaleb’s passion is generating cutting-edge solutions and partnerships for government agencies and contractor clients. He brings over two decades of experience in Mission Operations and Integration, Program Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning. In 2017, Mr. McCaleb founded Waterfront Technical Services (Waterfront) to offer Mission Operations and Business Development services to our clients. In addition to his executive responsibilities at Waterfront, Mr. McCaleb spends a significant percentage of his time working directly with Waterfront’s customers and business partners to address both Mission Operations challenges and Business Development needs.

Starting in 1984, Mr. McCaleb began his career supporting NASA Mission Operations with New Technology, Inc., specifically the Spacelab and Space Shuttle programs.  For the next 35 years, he continued his support to NASA, DoD, and the VA working for several Small Businesses in the Huntsville area. Early in his career, Mr. McCaleb transitioned from technical roles to project management, program management, business development, and executive positions. Mr. McCaleb has been awarded both the NASA Silver Snoopy and Space Flight Awareness awards.
